Guitarist Tsubasa Sugiyama has joined with Murmur Records' electronica unit Liquid Weeld to form flag.frog. Composer, guitarist and Murmur head Yuki Aida will contribute to both groups along with vocalist Emi Aida, who also serves as art director and photographer for all Murmur releases.

flag.frog's debut release, Secrets of the lake / Foreign sun, is a soothing journey into a world of ambient pop, intertwining Oriental melodies of whispered voices and fragmentary guitar with delicate electronic atmospheres.

This deluxe first edition EP features original photographs from Emi Aida and remixes from some of the most recognizable names in the field of ambient sound including Taylor Deupree, moskitoo, celer and i8u.
